On November 24, 2014 Mr. Girish ( Manager, RBC Kollam ) was invited in DB.Tech , Kollam for a guest session on “ Importance of the Customer Service”. The session covered topics such as the tips using in customer service, complaints handling , grooming etc. Moreover he explained the process of handling interview also.

He informed the importance of grooming in forming a relationship with customer. He presented the same with a power point presentation. He also informed the way of customer service providing in a contact centre (especially telephonic). He has given some tips for providing a better customer service. Such as in :

- Answer the phone
- Listen your customers
- Deal with compliants
- Be always courteous, knowledgeable and helpful
- Take a extra step

Finally he conducted a discussion with trainees for their queries. He offered to recruit the DB.Tech Kollam trainees in his firm. All the trainees and staves in Kollam DB.Tech expressed their gratitude to Mr. Girish for giving such a valuable session.
